Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Express delivery (4–7 business days) is available at checkout for $12.99. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Standard shipping is free on all orders of $65 or more. For orders under $65, a flat rate of $4.99 applies. Express shipping is $12.99 regardless of order value.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@vantacollective.com.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@vantacollective.com to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Please email support@vantacollective.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and you will not need to return the damaged item.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed, before they enter fulfillment. Contact support@vantacollective.com as quickly as possible. After that window, we cannot make changes, but you can return the item once received.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is in development — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
